What is CultureScope?
Organisations invariably measure culture through traditional means such as engagement/staff satisfactions surveys. Human behaviour follows the path of least resistance. Under most circumstances people either want to please the organization or avoid conflict, so respond to surveys in a way that causes the least amount of work/difficulty. 
This presents a risk because they: 

- Are driven by in-the-moment circumstances (what people tell you today will be different if measured again tomorrow) 
- Are Subject to personal bias (what are people prepared to tell you, and what might the consequences be?) 
- Often aligned to business targets and so are influenced by the need for them to be positive 
- Use question styles (e.g. Likert) which are easy to game

Unlike traditional culture & engagement approaches, CultureScope is a diagnostic tool designed to provide ACTIONABLE insights that draw on data and behavioural science methodologies. 
Developed from an award-winning behavioural research study, conducted over a 7-year period, CultureScope is a scientifically backed approach to behavioural and cultural measurement, using a cloud-based diagnostic tool which can be mapped to specific company values.

CultureScope delivers actionable, quantitative insights by measuring BEHAVIOURS: 
                                                           - Personal (“how colleagues behave in any given circumstances”); and 
                                                           - Organizational (“how people perceive others around them behaving”) 
to understand where there are opportunities to improve. 
Unlike existing ‘surveys’, CultureScope can’t be gamed. Responses are gathered using an ipsative question technique together with Computer Adaptive Testing (CAT) to remove personal bias from responses. 
CultureScope is scalable and can be used as an enterprise-wide solution or specifically in support of small teams. Its insights allow you to shape targeted interventions to support cultural transformation and to measure progress.
